How to Manage the Dynamics of Multi-Generational Workplace?

Leading teams and organizations where people of different  generations work together for common goals in today’s workplace is challenging for many leaders. Yet those who understand the dynamics of this environment are successful and way ahead of the curve.

This presentation summarizes the current workplace landscape and describes the characteristics and behaviours of the various age groups from the Baby Boomers to Gen X, Gen Y all the way to Gen Z also referred to a Millennials.  It also identifies certain tools and soft skill sets that people need  in order to manage and lead with increasing level of efficiencies and effectiveness.
