The University of Calgary established the West Campus  Development Trust to spearhead the development of its endowment lands – enhancing the quality of campus life and providing a revenue stream. This is the story of the building of a ‘complete community’, from nuts to bolts – as told by the head of the Trust, a developer, and the lead planner.
