Architectural Acoustics: The Power of Reverberation in Churches and Presentation Venues

Reverberation is one of the most confusing aspects of acoustics. Can you have too little reverberation? Can you have too much? The answer is yes to both. Different venues will require different levels of reverberation to give the room it's full effect. Theatres, places of worship and presentation halls all require careful acoustic design to give the room its full effect.

Joey Jraige has been working in the field of building acoustics for over 8 years. His work mostly consists of acoustic engineering work low and high rise condominium work but also includes commercial buildings, government buildings, theatre and schools. He has significant experience working in low cost condominium design builds and cost effective acoustic treatment solutions. Joey has worked with many architects from all over Ontario including Ottawa, Waterloo, Toronto and Windsor.
