Graduated from the architecture program at Carleton University in 1991. Since 1997 is a licensed architect, a member of the Ontario Association of Architects. Pawel taught ArchiCAD and Advanced Visual Communications at Algonquin College.

Lyette Fortin, Architectural Conservation Consultant, teaches at Carleton University School of Architecture where she obtained her BArch 35 years ago.

Eric Corey Freed is the Chief Community Officer at EcoDistricts, a nonprofit organization that helps cities and developers create regenerative, resilient and socially equitable neighborhoods for everyone.

Robert Freedman, Principal of Freedman Urban Solutions, is a Toronto-based Urban Design and Planning consultant with a unique interdisciplinary background in Planning, Architecture and Law.

Rudy Friesen has been spearheading innovative solutions for elder housing for decades. He is the founder and Partner Emeritus of ft3 Architecture Landscape Interior Design in Winnipeg. Rudy serves on several Boards of elder facilities.

Andrew is the Design Director of Perkins+Will’s Toronto and Ottawa Studios. Andrew’s design approach is driven by a strong social agenda.

Walter Gaudet is the managing principal of HDR’s Ontario offices. Walter concentrates on broadening HDR’s community presence; expanding the firm’s reach across market sectors.

Craig Goodman is a principal at CS&P Architects and has been with the firm since 1993. He grew up in Vancouver with a keen interest in the intricate relationship between the natural world and the urban environment.

David Gordon is Professor and Director of the Queen’s School of Urban and Regional Planning. He holds the D.Des from the Harvard GSD and has also taught at Toronto, Western Australia, Harvard and Pennsylvania, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.

Deborah Gottesman is principal of Gottesman Associates, an award-winning lighting design firm with distinctive expertise in heritage and sustainable design.

Gordon has pursued concurrent careers as architect, illustrator, writer, editor and art director. He is currently Editor of OAA Perspectives, and a Creative Director for FORREC, an entertainment design firm.

Jason-Emery is an award-winning Senior Architectural Designer and Master Planner with over 20 years of experience including Master Planning complex projects as well as multi-billion dollar single phase campus master plans.

Currently, a researcher at NRCC, examining building fire safety and aviation passenger safety, Steve Gwynne has worked in evacuation/ pedestrian dynamics for 20 years, in academia, consultancy and government in UK, US and Canada.

John Hackett is Vice-President, Practice Risk Management for Pro-Demnity Insurance Company. In that role he counsels Ontario architects on questions about insurance and liability concerns.

Cliff Harvey is a client, the Vice President, Planning, Facilities & Support Service at North York General Hospital in Toronto. Previously he was the Senior Architect for the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

Jessica Hawes, a Senior Associate, planner and architect with Brook McIlroy, has 17 years of experience in the planning and design of buildings and cities.
